My name is Edwin. Graphic designer, hand letterer, and photographer born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Shintaro Akatsu School of Design at the University of Bridgeport.
I've been an artist my whole life. As a kid, my friends and family would hand me whatever they could find—scraps of paper, voided checks, paper bags, my mom's old bingo lottery tickets—just to watch me draw. That never really stopped. Art and design have been the two constants in everything I do.
What I Love: Simplicity, typography, letterforms, hand lettering, the color orange, calligraphy, markers, 70 degree weather, pizza, Apple products, the New York Mets, smooth jazz (heavy on the xylophone & sax), Batman the Animated Series.
